Rome and The City

Rome and The City

The man who is standing on the hill, far away from the fire, says: “Don’t forget—please burn the city with all its streets. I want to see a living painting with my own eyes. Bring wine and a chair.”

Power, and all the things inside my head, are leading me to become something that is not normal. I can hear you, my darling.

Meanwhile, I can imagine (because it is happening, and I am sure) that people—young and old, even a baby—are burning in the fire. They bring me wine.

I can tell it is like a great painting, and I am sure that one day someone will begin to paint this story. Please paint all the flames of the fire with the smallest details. Please understand what I have said and what I have described for you.
